Tips before cooking


Note before preparation

Wash the breasts well, put them in a solution of water, sugar, salt and vinegar, leave them aside for half an hour, then wash them again and drain them well.


Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).  Then we grease a non-stick frying pan with a little oil or butter and leave it aside.



Ingredients

4 skinless chicken breasts. 

 A lemon.  

Five garlic cloves.  

Two tablespoons of olive oil.  Teaspoon salt. 

 A pinch of turmeric. 

 A spoon of paprika.  

Half a spoon of black pepper.  

Rosemary.  Bay leaf.  

Hale love.  

Half a teaspoon of grated or ground ginger.

  A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar -optional

Preparation method


In a deep bowl, grill the chicken breasts, 

add the lemon juice, the garlic cloves after mashing them, and a spoon of vinegar. 

 Stir the chicken breasts until they absorb the lemon and garlic flavour.  

Add spices and seasonings, and stir well until the ingredients are mixed and distributed over the chicken breasts.  

Finally, add a spoonful of olive oil and stir again. 

The smell of the chicken seasoning will smell as soon as you add olive oil. 

 Place the chicken breasts in a suitable tray, and add some water to it.  

Wrap the tray with aluminum foil;  To keep the chicken breasts moist, so they are tender, and concentrate the flavour. 

 Place the tray in the oven at a medium temperature for 45 minutes.  After the chicken breasts are cooked, 

you can remove the aluminum foil and brown them.


Garnish the chicken breasts with lettuce leaves, lemon slices, and tomato slices, and serve hot with fried potatoes, vegetable salad, cabbage salad, or any type of salad you prefer. It can be added to white rice, or made sandwiches with mayonnaise and mustard.
