  • 400 grams of pasta.
  •  a cube of butter and a small tablespoon of oil.
  •  a tablespoon of flour.  
  • half a cup of milk. 
  • a grated onion. 
  • black pepper and salt.
  • mozzarella cheese and parmesan .
  • Chopped parsley for garnish.


 ingredients

  • Boil the pasta, then wash it with cold water and leave it aside.
  •  In a frying pan, put the cube of butter and a spoonful of oil.
  •  then add the spoonful of flour until cooked over medium heat. 
  • Add half a cup of milk until the mixture becomes thick. 
  • Add the grated onion with black pepper and salt and stir well for 30 seconds. 
  • then add the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.  
  • Finally, add the pasta to the above, stir well. 
  • then serve it with a sprinkle of parsley until it gives a delicious appearance to the dish.

Tips:

 Use pasta made from whole grains.

Use brown flour.

Use skim milk.
