How to Make Healthy Bread
Ingredients:

2 cups of whole wheat flour or oat flour

1 teaspoon of instant yeast

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 cup of warm water

(Optional) 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra nutrition
Method:

In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt together.

Add the olive oil and warm water gradually while stirring until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rise for about one hour in a warm place.

Once the dough has doubled in size, shape it into a loaf or small rolls.

Place the shaped dough on a baking tray and let it rest for another 15–20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
